As the head of Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting Inc., he manages software sales, implementation and support for clients. Under Joe’s leadership, Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting, Inc. has attained Gold Level Reseller status with Sage and has been honored as the #1 JobOps solution provider in the nation. Joe is certified in Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP and JobOps software. Backed by his strong financial knowledge, his expertise is focused on accounting, distribution and manufacturing software systems, with specialized experience in “make-to-order” manufacturing systems. He has been involved with over 75 Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 installations and over 35 JobOps installations.
Joseph Bisaha, Principal, has over 20 years of experience in the assessment, creation and maintenance of both hardware and software networks. Specializing in process and flow control, Joe serves clients across a range of industries to streamline their processes and increase efficiencies, enabling them to improve profitability through technology solutions. He also works closely with the JobOps development team and currently leads Vrakas/Blum’s development efforts in creating customized software solutions for clients. Joe is certified in Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP and JobOps software. With a strong background in electrical engineering and telecommunications, he has provided system design and production analysis while working for such companies as Lockheed Martin, IBM and ASAP software. His work history also includes founding and managing two successful IT companies, serving as a systems engineer, installation specialist, IT manager, Corporate Solution Provider and network engineer for several technology solutions companies.
Susan Dunn, Principal, has over 20 years of experience providing business software solutions consultation, implementation, training and support. She works closely with her clients to ensure they get the most from their business systems. Through her expert recommendations, Sue helps clients achieve smoother, more efficient business operations and achieve growth without employing additional personnel. Sue is certified in Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP, JobOps, Sage BusinessWorks Accounting, Peachtree and Advantage software. Her work experience includes several years as a software solutions consultant as well as various roles in the automotive and credit industries. Sue was also directly involved in the software industry as an operations/financial manager and a marketing/advertising manager for an international distributor of technical software and operating systems.
Kim Vrana, CPA, Manager, has a background of over 20 years consulting clients on accounting and business intelligence software. His comprehensive, technical approach begins with learning his clients' business processes and goals, followed by implementation of ideal solutions, as well as on-going technical support. Kim’s strength’s include experience with the food processing and plastic manufacturing industries.
Kim is certified in SAGE MAS 90 ERP, SAGE MAS 200 ERP and Sage BusinessWorks Accounting software and has extensive experience with Crystal Reports, Crystal Server and Crystal Xcelsius business intelligence software. At his previous employer, he was the lead trainer for Crystal Reports courses and consistently received exceptional instructor ratings. Additionally, Kim has served as an adjunct professor for Lakeland College and Mid State Technical College in the areas of Applied Managerial Accounting and Computer Information Systems.
