Originating Document Workflow
For order entry and purchasing users, the new originating document workflow provides clear transaction history visibility. Users can now view information about the immediate source document and the first transaction in a workflow without any additional configuration or permissions.
Bank Transaction Assistant
Building on the positive feedback from the previous release, Sage introduced additional file type support for BAI2 and CT53 in the bank transaction assistant. This allows users to import files from a central location for all bank accounts, streamlining the process of getting bank data into Sage Intacct.
Accounts Payable Flexibility
Users can now easily un-apply credits that were previously applied, a top customer request. This feature offers greater flexibility to manage credits after payments are posted and will be useful when you need to switch the payment to a credit that was applied.
Also, please take note that you can now void an AP payment directly from the Posted Payments page. This streamlines the AP process by keeping the task within the AP module.
Email Delivery with DKIM Security
Enhanced email delivery now utilizes the DKIM email security standard, ensuring stronger email security and less likelihood of being flagged as spam. Users will also gain detailed delivery statuses for better insights.
Construction Industry Features
New features for construction customers include joint payment processing, project-based work-in-progress reporting, and a comprehensive suite of housing management solutions with the Sage Intacct Console Connector.
