Buffy stepped in when Kellie was at a client office to work through and fix inventory issues created by an inexperienced user incorrectly using work ticket functions including setting up the WT as Make To Order instead of Make To Stock and using incorrect quantities issued and ordered when there were multiple steps in the manufacturing process that resulted in testing and material scrapped. She showed me some tips and methods to more efficiently analyze and find information in the system while processing transactions.
The experience was great, as usual. The consultants are always professional and informative and work to fix the problem so we can move forward in our operation. It's not just "this is how the system works" but "let's fix a problem and get the right data in the system" after the end-user (me) has made a mess of things. Thank you."

I reached out to three potential reseller/partners. The other two managed to call back, but we’ve not done much beyond trading phone mail. One has scheduled a call with me and then rescheduled it twice now.(Not impressed) Neither managed to get me the information you did, and certainly not as quickly as you did. With their help, we were able to computerize about 4,000 equity records in Accounts Payable and found that the software really had the features necessary to maintain membership data without having to purchase a new program.
