Sage 100 has released version 2024 and our expert solutions consultants want to share their favorite new features!
- Retain the taxpayer ID/Social Security number for non-1099 vendors. Why? Simplifies data management by consolidating this information into one place, eliminating the need for redundant data entry.
- Quick Close of partially received PO's. Why? Streamlines the process of closing partially received purchase orders, saving time and reducing complexity.
- Delete/Change warehouse utilities. Why? Makes warehouse management more efficient by eliminating the need for multiple transfers when a warehouse is closed or no longer in use.
- Changes to the audit report. Why? Allows running reports while users are still in the module, enhancing flexibility and convenience for users.
- Restricted mode for Administrator Tasks. Why? Provides greater control over user access by allowing administrators to lock users out of Sage as needed.
- Auto-Complete Search Index automatically updated. Why? Improves search functionality by automatically updating the search index without requiring manual intervention.
- View Detail in Results of Electronic Delivery. Why? Enhances visibility by providing a date/time stamp for when documents are sent electronically.

- New 64-bit version available -please remember you would need to confirm its compatibility with any enhancements you have with your current version.
With this release, Sage is sunsetting version 2021 as they only support the most current version and two years prior (2022, 2023 and 2024).
